Q. How long will it take my order to arrive ?
A. Your order will arrive no later than 7 - 10 (not including weekends or bank holidays, please allow extra days if outside of Ireland 
 
Q. I have my own design, how do I get it produced ?
A. Check our ARTWORK GUIDELINES page, make sure you design to the exact specifications and email us the finished design and we will process it for you or if you can send your design requirements to info@irishmemorycards.com one of our team will set the design for you and email you through a proof. 
 
Q. Can I order more if I need to ?
A.Yes, once you have processed your first order that is your account, the email you received will have your account email / username and password simply log back in, retrieve your order and process again. Alternatively contact us at info@irishmemorycards.com or ring us on 028 3025 2103 and one of our team will get this arranged for you.
 
Q. How are my Cards finished?
A. All our Memorial Cards, Wallet Cards and bookmakers are printed onto a heavy, luxury ivory board and then laminated for longevity and strength.
 
Q. I have an idea for a custom card design I would like, what are my options here?
A. The beautiful range of themed card designs on our site should help to give you some inspiration. Click here to download our ArtWork guidelines (PDF Format) this should get you started and then simply send us your artwork via email (info@irishmemorycards.com).  A member of our team will respond to you confirming your order, a payment link or if there are any problems with your Art Work or files
 
Q. What format should I supply images in?

Q. I live outside the UK - can I order from your website?
A. Yes, in the payment section when you register your details, address etc simply select what currency you are using and our system will work out your total including delivery (please allow several more days for delivery outside of Ireland)
 
Q. I want to ring you with my credit or debit card details - is this possible?
A. Yes we accept credit/debit card details over the phone.
 
Q. What is the maximum value order you can accept by credit card?
A. Our floor limit for credit card orders is £5000.00. If the order exceeds this amount, it must be paid for by cheque or bank transfer.
 
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We will accept payment by Worldpay, Paypal or bank transfer - please email us for details info@irishmemorycards.com
 
Q. I ordered yesterday, but my card has not been debited - why not?
A. Usually we only debit your card when your order is ready to ship, and any debit will generally not show up on your account for a day or two after your order.
 
Q. How long will my order take to arrive?
A. Orders for memorial cards normally take 7-10 days ( working days, not including weekends or bank holidays) to arrive to you. Depending on which payment gateway you choose to make your payment either Worldpay or Paypal, you will receive two emails almost immediately - one form ourselves, and one from either Worldpay or Paypal. Both of these emails will contain details of your purchase.
The day your order ships, we will send you another email to confirm dispatch, and to provide you with both tracking details and to confirm your rights and obligations under the distance selling regulations. 
 
Q. What service do you use to ship?
A. Usually FexEx or Royal Mail, but under certain circumstances we may also use UPS. Whichever service is used, a signature will be required and full tracking of the shipment is available.
